Join us in this training designed to equip you with the tools and strategies needed to effectively implement Observation & Feedback practices in your district. Through practice-based professional development, you will begin to develop a deep understanding of the models, protocols, and examples of observation and feedback, and learn how to successfully lead the rollout of this content in your school or district. This interactive workshop will provide you with hands-on experience, valuable insights, and practical skills to enhance your leadership capabilities and create a culture of continuous improvement.


Learning Objectives:


  1. Gather context for using a framework of universal and content-specfic pedagogy to guide observation and feedback cycles.

  2. Discuss the importance of building the skills/capacity of teachers on your campus.

  3. Learn how to develop systems to monitor and track teacher data to look for trends.

  4. Practice using observation and feedback models.

  5. Develop strategies for leading the implementation of observation and feedback in your school or district that is connected to HQIM.
