This plan comprises your goals, rules, managing student work, and other imperative tools for success. Your plan is intended to be used as a guide for how you want your classroom to function. Once you develop your plan, you can evaluate your processes for continued professional growth and improvement. All of this starts with the idea of how we add behavior value for students through our goals, routines, procedures, and expectations.
